Family FAQs

Q: What do I need to do to be considered for a party?

Q: What will it cost me?

A: Not a penny. All parties are planned and designed by Kellie Signature Designs - free of charge. All elements of the party are donated by vendors free of charge.

Q: What if something unexpected happens the day of the party?

A: All you have to do is call me. As your personal party planner, I will take care of everything, leaving you free to focus 100% on your child. We will reschedule the party for a day that your child can truly enjoy it. This is one thing you will NOT have to worry about.

Q: What if my child can't be around a lot of people but we still want to celebrate?

A: Not a problem. As your child's personal party planner, I will work with him/her to design the party of their dreams, but I will work with you to make sure it is done with their safety/comfort top of mind. We can even have "photography parties" where only myself or a photographer will be there to take pictures of the grand event that you can then share with friends and family so they can celebrate too - just after the fact.

Q: What happens after the party?

A: Once the party is over, Kellie Signature Designs will sell the original Party Printable Collection and 100% of the profits will be given back to you and your family. Your child will be able to name the Party Collection and help design it if he/she wants to.

Q: What if I want to be involved and help with the planning and set up?

A: We would LOVE that! While we are very passionate about party designs, we are even more passionate about making sure that the celebration is exactly what you want. You can have as much or as little input as you want. We are here to hep YOU give your child the party of their dreams. We are here. for. you!

Q: Does the party have to be for my child's birthday?

A: Absolutely not. We believe in celebrating every day. And while we do love birthdays, we also know that your child may have something better to celebrate - getting out of the hospital, last day of chemo, one more round of chemo complete, you name it - we will celebrate it!

Partner FAQs

Q: How do I get on the Partner List?

A: Simple. Just email us at kellie@kelliesignaturedesigns.com

Q: This is a great idea and I would love to participate, but I can't afford to supply a large party.

A: No problem. If you sign up to be a part of the Partner List, there is NO obligation. Once I have a party scheduled and theme chosen, I will contact you and we can discuss what level of participation you want to be at (if any) based on the size, date and theme of the party. By committing to be on the Partner List, you are allowing me to contact you and nothing else. No pressure - I promise!

Q: I don't live in Columbus, OH. Can I still donate?

A: Absolutely. Once we have a party scheduled, we will contact you to work out all of the details. All donations can be mailed to us prior to the party.

Q: Will my company be mentioned by Daisies & Dreams?

A: Without a doubt. All of our wonderful Partners will be promoted by both Daisies & Dreams and Kellie Signature Designs - on our website, blog, facebook and twitter. We will also share links to your business in any article that is written. You can also send business cards or promotional items that we will gladly incorporate into the party (in a very appropriate and tasteful manner, of course.)

Q: Can I contact the families directly?

A: This will be up to the families. If they have journals through CaringBridge or another source, then we will certainly share with everyone. If you wish to contact or meet the families, we will do our best to make that happen, however the families preferences are our #1 priority.

Q: Do I have to commit to a certain number of parties?

A: No. You will be able to decide what works best for you and your business on a party-by-party basis. We are so very grateful for any and all donations and we understand that there will be conflicts - whether it's timing, resources or costs. Your level of involvement will be completely up to you.

Q: I don't make or supply party products but would love to help. What can I do?

A: We LOVE all kinds of help and support - from donations of time, skills and money. If you would like to donate, please contact me at kellie@kelliesignaturedesigns.com. As we get connected with families, we will be setting up family specific donations. If you would like to donate but not to a specific family, that is welcomed too. Just contact me and we'll work it out.
