Q: Can I order something custom even if I don't see it on the website?

A: Of course! Anything can be customized with your own words, favorite colors and fonts. Just send us an email with what you are looking for and we can make it happen.

Q: How can I be sure that my custom cards will be what I want?

A: We will email you a proof of the final design for your approval. Nothing will print until you have reviewed and approved that proof.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: For "standard" customized stationery, it will only take 7-10 business days. For more complicated work it may take longer as we will work directly with you on the designs/layouts.

Q: Can I add a photo to my invitation?

A: Absolutely! We LOVE photo cards! Simply email us your precious picture and we will add it to your favorite design. We can crop, edit, make black & white and even "embellish", so get creative...we love it!

Q: Can I get an original, custom design made just for me?

A: Of course! Afterall, it's "Your Cards. Your Invitations. Your Style." Simply email us at info@KellieSignatureDesigns.com and request a "Custom Design" form. There is a $30 design fee that will be applied to your final order. You will receive 3 design options based on your input on the form and from there, you can make any edits/changes to the final design.

Q: How are your products printed?

A: All of our stationery is printed using beautiful, high quality paper - either matte or linen finish. Invitations and Holiday Cards can also be printed with a glossy finish. All of our products are professionally printed and beautifully packaged with the highest quality ribbon and boxes - perfect for gift giving.

Q: Where do you get your designs?

A: All of our designs are custom created by us - it's our favorite thing to do!

Q: Can I order additional quantities?
